Ok. So being an unbiased thinker means u may often have to place yourself under the same realistic scrutiny that you place others. When dealing with a PROBLEM (whatever it may be), analyze YOUR contribution to the issue. It may be one of two things. Either your DELIVERY or your RECEPTION is inaccurate.. Listen as Pass...ionately as you Speak...and understand that Different does not ALWAYS mean Wrong. Balanced and Fair Communication can conquer countless battles.
